Not your typical Therapy

While talk therapy can be valuable in helping people navigate their emotions and experiences, it may not always address the deeper roots of their problems, often leaving underlying beliefs, patterns and emotions unchanged.

I’m Jessica

I’m a contemplative, trauma-focused psychotherapist based in California. I have a deep commitment to nurturing the innate capacity of the mind to change, adapt, and heal.

Rooted in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s journey, it is my mission to empower clients to embrace their resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and create meaningful connections with the world.
